Boat Lifts:
Package does not include the following: Gem
stops, remote, or electric work and beams cut to length.
Multiple boat lifts must buy the $859.00 package then add
$250.00 per additional lift. Jet Ski lifts are included in
the $859.00 package. Lifts must be in good operation before
packages will be signed.
Dock Maintenance:
Includes replacement of damaged piling caps, replacement of
damaged piling fenders, remove/installation of ice eaters for
the season, remove/installation of floating docks for the
season, remove/installation of dock accessories. Ice damaged
pilings: for package "Good" includes 1 piling reset, for
"Better" includes 3 pilings reset, for "Best" includes 5
pilings reset.
Conduit / Plumbing:
Parts not included. If a problem is found
owner will be contacted and instructed to fix at an
additional charge. (Using suggested electricians, or plumbers
etc... or our contractors). We will check any dock lights and
replace bulbs if you choose any of the packages
Fendering:
Documentation will be taken to verify type,
size, and existence.
Ice Eaters:
Ice eaters will be stored at your location or our. A check to
ensure their operation will be done.
Sanding / Costing:
Price is for (740 sq. ft) = 100’ w 10’ x 20’ end. Additional
cost will applied for docks over that (740 sq. ft.)
Moorings:
Moorings will be stored at owner’s location.
Interior Cleaning:
The “Best” package is price for twice per year.
Aquatic Grass Cutting:
For package "Good" includes 1 cutting. For "Better" includes
3 cuttings. For "Best" includes cutting from June to October.
Covering of Small Watercraft:
For the packages "better" and "best" the tarp is included in
the package.
General Information about the Packages:
For your records and ours, we will document, any boat lifts,
floating docks, fixed piers etc. in order for us to know
exactly what needs to be done. In addition, items that we
find that are not included in the packages we will notify you
of our recommendations.
In order to extend value to our customers, any services
within a package that you do not use within the first year,
the price of those services will be carried over and deducted
from the price of a package purchased for the second year.
Eventually, we all know that in order to enjoy the water we
have to maintain what we have whether its new or not. Our
goal is that we want you to have piece of mind knowing that
if you require maintenance for the year we are here for you.
